    I'm about ready to un-install at this point honestly. This entire situation has got to be the most epic fuck up in MMO history. Coming up on a week of trying to get through to these idiots only to have the chat cancel again and again.... I guess the CE money I spent was enough for SE, certainly don't seem to want sub money from me.

    The only reason I did not ask for a refund yet, is because I bought the game directly from SE, and that would probably take a month if not more to get my money back.

    If you are going to go for a refund, DO NOT go through SE, you don't have to. As you paid with a credit card, all you have to do is call your CC Customer Service and tell them you want the transaction or funds denied to SE as they did not provide the product you ordered. You will immediately get credited and SE will have to go through the headache.
