That is what it's starting to look like. When people were getting through they were commenting about it earlier today. But I have yet to see any such comment since the rapid drops in queue.

So I got through chat queue after 3 hours today and Austin P. got my account fixed immediately while in chat session. I now have access to my character.

Not sure if this has been reported already, but last I saw NA was not doing this yet.
