Almost positive that no one is working the NA chat, been kicked multiple times.
Yea I don't understand why they wouldn't copy EU and do the same. It seems it would help clear up their support system a lot faster. Maybe they don't allow their agents the same access as EU? Don't get why. Yea it's a different division, but the same company.So I got through chat queue after 3 hours today and Austin P. got my account fixed immediately while in chat session. I now have access to my character.
Not sure if this has been reported already, but last I saw NA was not doing this yet.

I got cancelled AGAIN.
The people that keep getting kick did you make your own live chat ticket or are you trying to use the links from other people because that might be what is getting you kicked...

So i got through NA support chat but i wasn't home at the moment D: i just wanted to ask a question about my escalated ticket!!!!
I made my own live chat and still getting kicked.
