Ehm..well...do you really thinking opening four tickets for the same issue will make it faster? Imagine 10.000 ppl like you doing the same....wtf. Their customer service is not bad,they are overwhelmed by the unexpected amount of issues.

Well you obviously don't fucken understand what we're going through and having to wait this long as well as wait maybe another 2 weeks for them to fix our issue. I don't fucken think so!!!!

Can you honestly say you think that it'll make customer services go faster if everyone submitted 4 times the tickets for each issue? That's what he was saying and I agree with him 100%.

It's because people have submitted multiple tickets about the same issue that they were forced to do radical moves like auto-close any tickets older than 48 hours. They have absolutely no chance to get through them all otherwise which means the people who have account issues/cannot logon at all, but only submitted one ticket are suffering because of the people who submitted multiple tickets.

Can you not agree with that?

In an ideal world this would have all gone perfectly, but I don't see how shouting at another player for their common sense answer helps anyone.
