I understand that their customer service is backlogged, I really do. It makes sense. They didn't do their research right and screwed up. I get it. That's fine. But - SE should give us additional play time while they get their stuff sorted out. People in this thread wouldn't be as upset if they could at least play while SE took their time getting through all the forms and requests. But they can't play on the service account which has all their characters, why? I don't know. They could easily alleviate this problem, but they won't. I just don't get it. I just don't.
