I never did get an email and I don't know if I was logged in when I filled out the form. You'd think after putting your contact info in like 4 times they'd send you a copy...If you were logged into SE when you did it, go to http://support.na.square-enix.com/ and log in. the tickets will be on the right hand side.
Also, if you got the auto-reply Email from SE support from your ticket. Click the link to CANCEL your ticket and it will take you a screen asking if you want to cancel ticket # (######). Obviously don't. But there's your number.
What hours are they working today again? I can't find that information.
OMG OMG OMG, I got through. Change has been requested though now the agent wants me to stay in the chat till it's actually fixed instead of helping someone else. Soooo sorry about that to everyone else waiting in the queue.
Dumb question. But is there anyone at all that correctly registered their codes and DIDN'T make a second service account by mistake?
