If I do ever get through to a chat person, where do I find my ticket numbers? It doesn't seem like the ticket number shows up on my account for the one from the official form they made for this specific issue...

If I do ever get through to a chat person, where do I find my ticket numbers? It doesn't seem like the ticket number shows up on my account for the one from the official form they made for this specific issue...

If you were logged into SE when you did it, go to http://support.na.square-enix.com/ and log in. the tickets will be on the right hand side.

Also, if you got the auto-reply Email from SE support from your ticket. Click the link to CANCEL your ticket and it will take you a screen asking if you want to cancel ticket # (######). Obviously don't. But there's your number.
