It's a long weekend coming up and they are friggen doing shit all for anyone who submitted a form. Shit. All. Why don't they just direct the people from "JAPAN" who are supposedly dealing with this issue towards this page and get all the usernames to fix? But no, apparently they are only handling people who call in. Do you know what that means? They don't check the FORUMS AT ALL. Great support, asses.

Not sure if it helps, but I have 5 windows open for the chat queue. They each seem to progress at different speeds, so I'm pretending they're RACING each other.

I'm convinced it should be the mini-game in the next FF game... It's the kind of fun that makes you want to stab yourself in the eye.

p.s. btw, why in god's holy name are people being encouraged to endure this hell by rewarding priority fixes to the few lucky/masochistic individuals that make it through? ...Make a line. Fix the next person in line. Then the next. It doesn't have to be complicated.

I ran into this issue as well, I was posting in this thread a while ago. I how ever got this issues resolved, so I'm coming back here letting everyone know how I did it.

I made the ticket, by the form list in this thread. I also put both keys in the description at the bottom. I called and was on hold for 3 hours, yes 3 hours. I left it on speaker and did stuff around the house. luckily my wife was around the phone by the time customer support came available lol, because she picked it up when I was on the other side of the house.

however, he asked my name and birth. got my ticket number and he instantly knew I wanted everything on service account one. he said I would have to wait. I agreed and told him thank you. my job was done and I hoped he did his. played that night with the issue still there, next morning it was fixed.

hope this helps everyone or eases their minds. good luck

well square's complete incompetence has led to one bright side. the NA servers say they are no longer accepting new characters.. but if you just click create it will let you ..hahaha

No it does not ease our minds at all because you happen to be the lucky few who got in. I phoned right at 9am PST when they opened and the call was cancelled on me an hour and a half in. RIGHT AT 9am and they already have a queue that long? Right. And after that I tried calling back and the line was busy. WTF is this shit?
