How about we all contact the SE Public Relations team and let them know about the terrible service we're receiving - and we're going to the press about it. Maybe the threat of terrible reviews due to poor service will scare them into doing something to appease the masses.

I just got pushed to the back of the line for the third time.
I'm actually surprised a thread this long hasn't crashed the forums, as well as their ticketing system or even caused a massive server crash on all NA worlds.
