    I'm starting to get the feeling that the agent I spoke with didn't do his job as more people are saying their issue was resolved less then 24 hours after getting through to chat/phone support On a side note how does this thread not show up on the 'Popular Threads' section at the top of the forums?

    you will get nothing, besides your money back. period. which doing a charge back from your bank would do the exact same thing, but faster... both will get your account banned however which is also legal on their part
