    Just to be clear I ALSO have the same issue as everyone else here but I'm not going to say prioritize this and sacrifice the game. I know that in some way this will be resolved and for that when I finally get to play the game again I want it to be as smooth as possible. You are just so mad that you don't see the big picture and I understand, some people are positive and patience and some are not. And based on your reply to me you aren't one so I feel bad for you.

    Multiple tickets sent. All closed..
    Multiple calls to phone support met with busy signals.
    Multiple chat Q sessions of 4+ hours to be met with "no agent available."

    I got in once and was quickly disconnected by "Agent Austin" when i didn't respond quickly enough.
    I'd just like to say a hearty thanks to "Agent Austin" for not giving a shit enough to actually read my ticket and attempt to forward my issue.

    Thanks for the quick disconnect Austin! You're a real peach!

    And thank you to Squeenix for being the most inept bunch of monkey's to ever release an mmo.

    I hope the director is still crying his tears, because him and his company are complete & utter morons.

    It is my deepest wish Squeenix, that you die in a fire.

    You missed the part in step 2 where you have to basically keep trying your luck in order to even be put in a phone queue - which can cancel on you for no reason and you have to start all over again - OR hope that after waiting for 2-3 hours in the chat support queue you don't get a "No agents available" error and have to do it all over again.

    Never in my life have I experienced support this bad.
