Obviously massively understaffed and unprepared for this whole launch event.....it seems their right hand doesn't know what their left hand is doing.....

Account now fixed will all bonuses intact. Took 4 hours after live chat with EU team.
All of them i guess. I have 3 characters in my first account and they all got the CE stuff. Haven't tried making a new one so i'm not exactly sure about that. Going by other MMOs, all characters should receive the CE stuff even the newly created ones.This is just horrible. I have never seen a process so messed up for any type of account (game or other types of software). Now I can't play my character, and I really don't want to create a new one.
Quick question: Does only the first character get the CE bonuses on a service account or do all of them?
If you dont really care about your old character you can certainly play on your account 2 and start a new character. All you need to do is cancel the ticket so they wont wipe your account.Well, the beta/EA account expired so now I only have one account (the wrong one with no characters) and the EA account now says 'Inactive'. Since they don't show up until 9PST there is no point getting into chat now. I don't have all day long to sit on the phone waiting for someone to pick up. I'll try the chat for maybe an hour or two (before I leave work) and if I can't get anyone I'm basically screwed because I decided I'm not going to waste my time making another character only to have that character get wiped when they eventually do merge.
The fact of the matter is this is unacceptable. It shouldn't take this long to get something like this fixed. I shouldn't have to subject myself to hours and hours of trying to 'escalate' a ticket in order to get mine fixed, that's the whole point of the damn online form. Yea, I'm pissed off.

I have just fell victim to this same exact problem. I thought I was just registering my code to my early access account - teaches me not to rush into things. If it means waiting 2 weeks to get this sorted, then that is the price to pay for my idiocy. I don't even care if I lose the 30days free subscription, I just don't want to start all over and lose my precious preorder items. D:
I didn't even know you could create more than one service account per account. Anyways, I've sent a support ticket, so not much else I can do. -shrugs-
