    That is the most ridiculous thing i have ever read. You are really daft if you think everyone here, especially Larkspur, doesn't notice that SE has dug themselves a grave and quickly filling it, by NOT adhering to their customer support. This has essentially gone past the point where apologising is acceptable, at this moment in time they need to clock a massive amount of OT on customer support, fix their servers and GIVE FREE GAME TIME to all those affected, and possibly offer in-game rewards even. I am not the only one who is pissed about this, over 30k people have posted for various issues and yet less than a quarter of those people are being helped.

    It does not take a semi-observant person to see that at this point, i'd venture to say.. -shudders- that i think i'd rather deal with EA's customer support.. and that is a scary thought.

    Be careful what you wish for. EA might have a problem right around the corner. At this point we either dread waiting, or dread being kicked out of the chat queue without a response. Either way their registration method is what cause the issue in the first place, which I believe they should still overhaul the mogstation page so new players don't run into this issue as well.

    Yea, whoever designed it in the first place needs to rethink their process a little bit better to make it more "oops" proof. If only i had of planned ahead of time to have complications, i wouldn't be in this mess to begin with.

    Well I entered live chat queue around 11am this morning and it said 34 minutes but i knew it wasn't right because i was 374 in queue and around 2pm I connected finally. After verifying my info found out i miss put in my dob apparently but she said i was just a little off the month and year were right and asked my if i had any guesses i replied " I have 30" and she said I am sorry I cannot tell you the answer but if you guess it I can say ok. So after 16 guesses I was right... lol. Anyways immediately after she just said blah blah your ticket has been escalated and we cannot tell how long it will take but be patient blah blah.

    For me its ok because I have 12 free days left but a friend of mine already ran out and cannot play till its fixed.

    Just to be clear I ALSO have the same issue as everyone else here but I'm not going to say prioritize this and sacrifice the game. I know that in some way this will be resolved and for that when I finally get to play the game again I want it to be as smooth as possible. You are just so mad that you don't see the big picture and I understand, some people are positive and patience and some are not. And based on your reply to me you aren't one so I feel bad for you.

    Excellent! I called in at 9:20 AM PST after about 3.5 hour wait I just got off the phone with Kevin. Super nice guy and very helpful. Just make sure to have all account information accessible to make the call go by fast, including any registration keys used.

    Hopefully everyone else gets lucky too!

    Does anyone have the link and approximate hours of operation for the EU live chat?

    I'm based in NA, but unfortunately my account is EU. Can the NA live chat/phone support help me, or will they just kick me off since I'm not an NA account?
