    In live chat queue currently to verify status of ticket and why it was closed. The ticket said Waiting for Response not an hour ago and then it was closed with the following response at the end of the ticket:

    Call Summary [Support Form] Service Account Incorrectly Registered

    I'm in exactly the same situation. My escalated ticket was blue this morning, saying "please respond" but there was nothing to respond to. No email has arrived. My ticket is now closed. No changes on Mog Station. I want to be patient, but dear lords, the loose ends are driving me insane. I hate to sound selfish, but I'm starting to feel entitled to free days due to all these errors.

    I'm in the exact same situation, but I noticed others said their tickets were closes before their situation was resolved. It's been about 24 hours since my ticket was escalated. Hopefully it's going to be resolved before the weekend :/

    She asked me if I had raised a ticket already, I said yes, then gave her this code. So my call and the ticket should be linked you would think.

    The ticket they actually update and escalate is the one you fill out through this link. https://support.na.square-enix.com/c...82&la=1&daxx=2

    Though, I've only done this through live chat so maybe they fill it out for you over the phone or something.

    I submitted a ticket two days ago. Where do I go to view it? The layouts of these sites is terrible.

    Someone posted the chat link on the last page. When they ask for a ticket number, just give the one for that ticket.
