I made a new ticket while on the phone with the customer support rep. To make sure there were no errors, he walked me through everything. That is why I'm so upset; he tried to make it foolproof and it appears that it was for naught.Two things.
If you did the problem with making two service accounts, there is a much faster fix. Just call SE and stay on with CSR they can and should be able to help you.

Not sure how, but I'd go ahead and fill out another ticket while logged in so you can verify when they escalate the ticket (it's updated with the transcript and closed).
Hopefully you'll be set by the end of the day, before they all leave for the 3 day vacation......................................................A total of 8 hours on hold. 10 hours waiting for a chat representative. Finally, I had myself an escalated ticket. The ticket is now closed. Mog Station changed nothing. I still have 2 service accounts. My character on account 1 was deemed "inactive" and my CE is still on service account two. I want to cry right now.
I am 100% sure I was logged in when I made my ticket, but I don't see that button under the log in/log out button. Directly under my account name and the log out button, there is a very tiny gap and then it has the Employment, Corporation info/etc stuff. The gap between the logout button is the same as it is between those buttons down below, like there is no spot for that little ticket history button to even exist. Sadface.
The "Add new service account" button should have been labeled "Register New Game".
"Add Platform" should be "Activate Game", instead of looking like some sort of option to set your game up for PC/PS3 play and sub info options.
These terms are needlessly ambiguous, and convoluted. It's especially confusing to people who are unaware that you can register multiple games to your account, and what Square's terminology for them is.
