Agreed, i phoned Square Enix, apparently cause we are Version 1.0 account holders, WE were supposed to use the digital upgrade option, it would of been so nice of Square Enix to tell
us this little fact before we spent alot of money on CE collector editions, £47 here, dont get me wrong the box set is nice but is much nicer knowing it gives me digital items.
OH and nice little fact once code is applied like mine was by my mistake fine, it can not be made usable again, they said they would escalate a complaint about it, but i doubt anything will
happen, so i bought the digital upgrade, SE has alot to answer for in my books, bought pre-order for early access that was barely playable, and now this, dont you love foreign companys
that have no idea how to deal with the western market
Now dont get me wrong i love the Japanese, they brought us anime/manga and snacks with chocolate on the end, but i do believe it would be nice to get something back out of this for
the many version 1.0 account holders that might never get that lost code back, i mean i could i sold that code for what the digital upgrade cost me.
The usual questions. They didnt even ask for my tickets as the rep said he can see all of them. He also mentioned he's making a different ticket specifically for escalation.Did they ask for anything in particular? With my live chat experience, all they asked for was my username. When I gave it, they told me my ticket had been escalated and that was that. It's been 15 hours now with nothing changed, and I'm hearing people having the problem fixed in 4-6 hours. Kind of worried.

Labor Day is coming but that is Monday that better not mess with tomorrow if they take the fing weekend off starting tomorrow that wouldn't be good for them and I would kindly want my money back as I didn't get what I paid for
Great support sofar; been in the Live Assistance queue twice. Each time it's my turn there's no agent available and I get kicked to the back of the line.
Rediculous.
So those of use who made a new service account are now unable to play and unable to add a subscription to our accounts are stuck out of the game?
