    that hardly seems worth it

    Anyone who got their accounts successfully merged, how long did it take? I sent my ticket in through their special merging support page 3 days ago (August 27th) and still haven't received an email from them except the 48 hours notification. I'm okay with missing a day, but I think it is a violation of our rights if they take away the 30 days we should have from merging accounts.

    I was a bit tempted to do that as well, but until they have their own company in order, I refrained myself from throwing more money at the game.

    If he was the same Paul I spoke with then you can trust what he says. He got my accounts fixed in 6 hours after we talked.

    Good news everyone! They updated their mog station layout so it's not as confusing any more, so anybody registering a new account hereafter will not likely have our issues! I imagine, though, that this does not include anybody whatsoever that pre-ordered and got into the early access. Thus we are stiffed.

    This is just horrible. I have never seen a process so messed up for any type of account (game or other types of software). Now I can't play my character, and I really don't want to create a new one.

    Quick question: Does only the first character get the CE bonuses on a service account or do all of them?
