    Put in a ticket a few days ago because of this, and they kicked back at the 48 hour mark that they canceled my ticket because it wasn't important enough. Submitted another one, but the support website is so frustratingly confusing and incredibly hard to navigate to find anything useful.

    just spoke to Paul, who said different things to what we have been told before

    some csr say its japan who fix the issue
    paul claims its a base in usa and london who fix the problem

    some csr say it can takr up to 2 weeks
    paul claims it wont be as long as that

    being told 2 or 3 times, it was my mistake and they will fix it, really annoyed me tbh - they wont even accept responsibility!

    being asked if i just want to play my account 2 and lose all my chars as a "fix" is a joke too - i want what ive paid for - my chars, my pre order and all my subscription time

    its funny how they can transfer pre order stuff to a new account but cant transfer the account to the pre ordered one - their systems are a joke

    look at this thread its over 200 pages long, they changed the fricken mog station design because so many people did this... and there like sorry our bad but there's nothing we can do. Customer support at its finest.... how the hell can they not have some sort of support system that allows them to add item benefits without a code.... do they not have admin access to there own account systems?

    this makes no sense and is not the support I would expect from a big player publisher, hell iv had problems with tiny F2P MMO's that sorted this kinda stuff out faster and easier and then slammed an extra in way of apology, im not asking for an extra im asking for the things I have, just changed to the correct account IN MY ACCOUNT.

    hmmmm 2 hours of waiting on chat only to say its cancelled.... gutted. Well try again tomorrow if i get time. Damn 12 hour time diff lol. Anyone know how to switch to the 2nd account were dumb me registered my time to?

    Yeah...I'm just sad. I got kicked and wasn't in a sanctuary. I hate that there is nothing I can do. All I can do is wait for chat to open and hope I can get in.

    Be prepared for a VERY long hold time. I waited for almost 6 hours yesterday on hold. I've heard the wait time is better is you can call as close to 9am PST as possible( noon on the east coast).

    You *could* use webchat, but seriously, very few people actually get through using it, as after a 1-2 hour wait, it drops you out of the queue once you reach #1.
