While you are setting up all those dots the black mage is melting face. Plus good luck to you on hard mode garuda if you are on feather duty spending time setting up dots while you have to burn them down quickly. If the dots had shorter intervals I would agree with you but they take bloody 15-30 seconds. Thats too long for a dot class. Plus I did not pick summoner to damage with dots I picked summoner for the pets and the pets are pitiful.

Yeah, and after we set up the DoTs the BLM switches to UI and does considerably less damage, where now we do the same damage for the rest of the fight.


The first few waves where they spawn at Garuda are very good for SMN, actually. Just have your DoTs pre-loaded(aka high timer) and Bane.
