.. Just Hit Next until you reach the page that have Chat Support. Proceed to Chat Support then just fill up the form and wait for average of 2 Hrs.

I live in Tasmania as far from the Help desk support as you can get an still be on this planet. yet I rang last night (7pm AU time, 9am UK time) it was fixed in under 5 mins flat. Then I woke up this morning 8 hours later an it was done an corrected. Dont be so precious, an get off ya bum an ring.....

People you DO NOT call NA support if you have a EU account. They are completely separate and would not be able to help you.
Also the EU support line has no queue time they pick up right away from 9-6 UK time. I was calling from Australia twice and both call lasted less than 5 minutes. It only cost me $5 to call them.

TasOgie, I think the issue here was that NA and EU share the same forum. While the NA people posting about not being able to get in live chat and hotline, EU people got confused and thought it would be the same for them.
