    Yes, they don't seem to have a toll free number that's available for this. I just checked my Verizon account and my unsuccessful attempt was $22.

    People you DO NOT call NA support if you have a EU account. They are completely separate and would not be able to help you.

    Also the EU support line has no queue time they pick up right away from 9-6 UK time. I was calling from Australia twice and both call lasted less than 5 minutes. It only cost me $5 to call them.

    Probably, didn't think to try. I'm borrowing a friends phone tomorrow who has free national calls. Still don't see why they don't have a toll free number though, figured that was CS 101.

    Yeah, would've been cheaper. 2.3 cents a minute, though I'd have to buy $10 credit. So, will probably do that if I can't connect with friends phone tomorrow.
