Lost free 30 days for accidentally registered to the wrong service account?

any idea on where i can find either of these? im at a complete lose on their site on where it is

- Select Account/Billing as Category
- Select Additional Services
- Contact Details just put 'Service'
.. Just Hit Next until you reach the page that have Chat Support. Proceed to Chat Support then just fill up the form and wait for average of 2 Hrs.
