    Just waited for about 3 hours on the phone and finally got through. I got an extremely helpful guy that sounded tired as hell and he sounded extremely surprised that I was polite. I know this is frustrating as hell guys, but when you finally get through, just remember that the customer service guys are just doing their job. Please don't take out your frustrations on them.

    I'll update when my account has been straightened out.

    You're right. I hadn't heard from them since I created my ticket on Monday and tried to figure out what was going on. Caught up on Boardwalk Empire while I waited. My point was that these guys are just CS people trying to do their job, don't rip into them because we (us) made a mistake.
