Glad you got it fixed Emily. Going to try to get into EU live chat tomorrow morning first thing. If that doesn't work out I'll force myself to wait two weeks but I am really liking seeing more and more people getting their things sorted out. The more people that get it fixed, less people that have to wait
I don't think that people who haven't called got it fixed. Those people (like me) will have to wait substantially longer I'm affraid. Too bad if you're not rich or from US/UK, lolHas anyone who HASN'T called, or gotten into the chat, had their accounts merged? I'm almost to my 3rd hour on hold on the phone... I don't want to give up, but I won't be able to afford the long distance / cell phone minutes if I don't get in by 9pm tonight. I don't have any other phone that I can sit by for hours on end to fix this tomorrow.![]()
That will not happen. I have posted several times throughout this thread that you will only get an e-mail telling you to resort to Chat or Phone Support. In their e-mail response to my ticket, I told them to send everyone who filled out that form an e-mail stating to necessary steps to correct this issue.

same here.Hey guys, just wanted to let everyone know that it looks like my issue has been resolved and everything is good. I contacted the live support at exactly 9am this morning (as soon as they opened) to hopefully avoid any wait, luckily I was placed 5th in line and after about 15 minutes I was contacted with someone.
I explained the situation, as well as linked this thread to him so he could see that this is indeed a serious issue and that a lot of people are having the same problem. He linked me to a page to fill out a ticket but luckily for me I had already filled out the forums days earlier, he asked me for the reference number which I wrote down and after about 2 minutes he told me that he had escalated my ticket and that I wouldn't need to contact them again about this issue.
I played until about noon, then went out to do some errands, I came home, checked my mog station and it looks like everything has been fixed! I still have both accounts there (like many others have said) and I expect account 2 to be removed in the near future, all of the collectors items as well as my game time was moved to the first account. Also the time on the account was reset back to 31 days even though it had dropped to about 28 from the time I registered it.
I am trying to log into the game now just to be 100% certain that everything is as it should be but sadly the servers are again full so I don't have total confirmation but it is looking good.

I think it would take up to one month to fix, because someone posted how it works, first it goes to the American team, who will then send any Mogstation problems to the Japanese team (Who deals with Mogstation)
Yeah but unfortunately I live off student financing which isn't all that high. My boyfriend is giving me the game and subscriptions as a gift. So I can't pay a phone bill of a 5 hour on hold call to the UK. So the only possibility left for me is waiting a month then. Or give up. Unfortunately.
I should have bought Tales of Xillia instead of this. Rather than fight to get through to customer service, I could be happily playing a game this weekend. Instead, I'll be staring at my CE box and feel nothing but disgust for SE. I'm now to the point of wanting my 30 days merely to blow through the main story line. They're about to lose me as a customer; I was willing to shell out the money for a 180 account right off the bat.
That eventually will take a very long time to come. Have they even contacted anyone by e-mailing yet?
