Eventually they will fix all of them. Even those who do not call or go through live chat. All the people who fill in the correct form will get a fix, they just don't say how long it will take for those people.That will not happen. I have posted several times throughout this thread that you will only get an e-mail telling you to resort to Chat or Phone Support. And it took them four days to reply to me.
In their e-mail response to my ticket, I told them to send everyone who filled out that form an e-mail stating to necessary steps to correct this issue.
I think it would take up to one month to fix, because someone posted how it works, first it goes to the American team, who will then send any Mogstation problems to the Japanese team (Who deals with Mogstation)
Yeah but unfortunately I live off student financing which isn't all that high. My boyfriend is giving me the game and subscriptions as a gift. So I can't pay a phone bill of a 5 hour on hold call to the UK. So the only possibility left for me is waiting a month then. Or give up. Unfortunately.

Steps as follows:
1. Go on http://support.eu.square-enix.com/
2. Click on Square Enix Members on the bottom right
3. Click on one of the FAQs link
4. Click the button "This did not answer my question" at the bottom of the page
5. On the form, choose Account/Billing as the category and any sub-category you want, fill in the contact detail and hit next
6. Hit next on the page
7. you will be asked to choose one of the 3 options, email/chat/phone
Note that they only open 9am - 6pm UK time Monday to Friday

Yeah they should have tested the User Interface of the website as well. It's like one of the first things you learn about designing user interfaces of devices and websites. Make sure that even the below average intelligence citizen is capable of understanding your interface. Which was obviously not the case here..

You are mistaken I think. All the ridiculous queue time are for the US support. The UK support hotline has no queue time at all. Both time I called the guy picked up right away after pressing 1 for FFXIV issuesYeah but unfortunately I live off student financing which isn't all that high.
