Lost free 30 days for accidentally registered to the wrong service account?

Really annoyed just like everyone else, trying calling all day from work and of course nothing but a busy signal...... Came home tried live chat (no available agents after 2+ hours in queue) and now sitting in queue again currently #163.......

Just to let you know, I'm #101 right now in live chat and we both wont' be looked at. They close in 52 minutes.

These people move like molasses. Either hire more people or Hire new employees and fire the current ones because they seriously can't be that slow? Agents NEVER available when its your turn...

Thanks, glad someone agrees. Also, hope yours, and everyone else's issue is fixed soon.

If anything, as well, should have beta tested the create an account/registration code to make sure this issue wouldn't happen in the first place, or have an easy work around to it.

3rd time trying live chat today. I even took the liberty of using an earlier post as a template to be able to just make a template with all my info to copy and paste in hopes it'll help speed them along to get to others.

Going into my 4th hour of being on hold! Woo-hoo! I love this game! HOURS of involvement with the game. Too bad it doesn't actually involve, you know, playing on the account I paid for.

Should be an achievement in game. "Waited on hold for support for 4+ hours, WOOOO" And give you a spiffy item to wear, or something.
Guess trying to make some light out of this, issue sucking.

As I said before, I could finally contact someone from chat support in my fourth attempt today. So yeah, it sucks but there's nothing we can do.

so.. I've tried NA support live chat twice today and after 90 minutes or so waiting in the queue it says no agents available to chat. I was expecting that, since I've been reading the thread here like all day.

I guess its time to try calling. I'm sure my best shot is tomorrow morning as soon as they open, but I've called the 310 number for kicks right now and its just a busy signal.
