    Just got off uk chat with julien, who simply said:
    there has been a large amount of people with this, your request will be dealt with today.
    Is there anything else i can help with?

    So i then said i would like this escalating, they replied they would escalate it.
    thats all.. Im almost certain this person did nothing at all

    I've a feeling the person I talked to over the phone yesterday did exactly that so I'm now trying to use the Live Chat service. Lets hope that I'll have better luck via that.

    Status: As of Aug 29, 2013, I'm totally ****ed off with SEE Agent Julien or SEE Agent Pierrre or whoever that ****head is on SE Live Chat. If anyone knows the direct email address for Square Enix Customer Service please let me know.
