how did you manage to get EU chat, I can't get it at allYay , got EU live chat quite fast. She didnt ask me for my details , guess form i filled earlier had to be enuff.

Support , make a ticket , choose Account/ billing , then i took account creation , wrote "2 acc problems" or something like that, then hit "next" button. After that i had an option to choose help my email or live chat, picked live chat , fill up the form (Id,mails,etc) and hit "submit" and done - You will be waiting for Your turn on the chat

After that i had an option to choose help my email or live chat, picked live chat , fill up the form (Id,mails,etc) and hit "submit" and done - You will be waiting for Your turn on the chat

Just got off uk chat with julien, who simply said:
there has been a large amount of people with this, your request will be dealt with today.
Is there anything else i can help with?
So i then said i would like this escalating, they replied they would escalate it.
thats all.. Im almost certain this person did nothing at all

Status: As of Aug 29, 2013, I'm totally ****ed off with SEE Agent Julien or SEE Agent Pierrre or whoever that ****head is on SE Live Chat. If anyone knows the direct email address for Square Enix Customer Service please let me know.
