    Ah yes, in the "Contact Details" field I used: Early Access Code Incorrect Registration. Did you use the Registration Code (this is the one for the free 30 days) or the Early Access Code?

    According to the guy I just talked to over the phone, they are only dealing almost exclusively with the people who called at the moment. As they service every single country other than NA and JP they are buried with calls and emails.

    I asked him if it will really take 2 weeks he said normally it won't but they are really busy at the moment so he can't guarantee.

    Additionally, he told me as far as he knows, NO ONE from the EU has got their problem fixed.

    I called the UK support, the lady answer "There is nothing we can do"

    The customer service is utterly hopeless here, and the account I am using since the early access has only one day left, which my character is in there worked for a week
    <Remaining Days : 1 days (Free Trial Period)>

    It's like no one is helping in EU, I am totally upset and don't know what can we do.

    Yep I'm a little to angry to watch things calmly, I found out how to go to the chat... 3rd in the queue. waiting... I'm at work so that's not really correct to do that here but, oh well.

    I used a standard key upgraded in collector with S-E website... on a second service :/

    welp. Just got off a call from the UK hotline (+44 870 6000182) and spoke to a guy named Paul. He was nice and accommodating. He asked me what the issue was and my SE ID. Gave me the usual ETA thing that it might be resolved in 24 to 48 hours and that my EA ends at midnight GMT so I might not be able to play for a short time. He also said he's hoping it will be resolved before the time runs out for the EA account. Here's hoping. *cross-fingers*

    Oh, and i'm not from the UK or US so i called long distance. The call was around less than 5 minutes with no hold though... If this doesn't get fixed AND i get zillions in phone bills... *NERDRAGE*
