Has anyone had any clarification about if for sure will lose our free 30 days if we accidentally added our registration key to a new service account instead of our current beta account? I've gone through and submitted the form from the help page, but its wording on the page is not clear about the free 30 days. The support text says:
"Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for any subscription fees that have already been paid for on the mistakenly registered Square Enix ID. We are also unable to transfer the subscription status from one account to another and you will be required to set up your subscription again once the process is complete."
Since there is only mention of paid subscription fees, does this mean the free 30 days of game time will be able to be transferred? After all the log in issues I don't think I'm ready for more bad news because the registration website layout was confusing...

3rd Edit: Day 2. I got generic auto-reply saying the support ticket had been received and it will be responded to within 48 hours. However, this email was responding as though I had opened a ticket about Beta access problems (Which I did not, it was about the 2nd service account issue.) I put a copy of the email in a later post in this thread (Page 40) if anyone wants to see.
4th Edit: Day... Week Later. Called Square this morning right at 9AM when the phone lines opened. Waited 2 and a half hours and finally got through (I heard the thank you for calling square support, all our agents are busy please hold line too many times during that) and they escalated my account. My account primary account has all my CE items linked to it and I was given the full 30 free days of game time to that account.
The number for square support I called was (310) 846-0345. Good luck everyone, there is HOPE!
