just got a agent on live chat now, btw EU does have a live chat now, make a new ticket, or go into the status of a existing ticket and click the " contact" button after filling in the form you will see a option for live chat open from 9 uk time till 6pm uk time
there was no queue once i finally got connected

I just rang UK help line an they were great. Scottish lad was really helpful, said he would pass it on, an commented that apparently this is a really simple issue to fix (for them).
Was on hold for less than 5 mins (its only 9.20am in London) so I got in early
well sorted!!
Just got off the phone with EU customer support (+44 (0) 870 6000 182) via Skype. No wait time at all, and it took just 2min to hand over my ID, real name and ticket # (from the form) and he put the escalation request though. Just my luck that it looks like they have a Live Chat now as well, but if you're keen to call it looks like the best option is right after they open for the day. Call would've only cost around a dollar too.

try editing a existing ticket, thats how i saw it (view a existing ticket and click "contact")
