That's the chat option for FF XI not XIV... And it asks you about your us ZIP code, State and so.. I live in the EU so it's impossible to fill in "true" information...

The EU Chat is a hard find that is mostly empty. I requested it a bit after opening and I got immediate assistance.
Here is what I did:
1. I went here,
2. This did not answer my questions
3. Category: Account/billing, subcategory: Registration Information
4. Scroll down and click "Chat Support".

CONFIRMED this works, in UK here.just got a agent on live chat now, btw EU does have a live chat now, make a new ticket, or go into the status of a existing ticket and click the " contact" button after filling in the form you will see a option for live chat open from 9 uk time till 6pm uk time
there was no queue once i finally got connected
go to the EU support page and click on SQUARE ENIX ACCOUNT image/button (not final fantasy xiv) then click on "Connecting MEMBERS ID to a SQUARE ENIX accoun" or any link in the FAQ list near the middle of the main page.
Then click this did not help me.
Then fill in the dropdown boxes.
thats the only way to get to the uk live chat , that i've found.
There was NO queue
no it did not ask me for a zip code, the ticket is filled under FF XIV not XI and the person who picked up is titled SEE (Square Enix Europe i assume)
as you can see it asks for UK information ie postcode
im glad to see others are getting EU chat support now,, fingers crossed they sort this mess out today for everyone!

For the people who got it answered, did they ask you for your square id again? Even though it's in the form you submitted? I made some tickets so that I can open tabs with them tomorrow when the NA ones are up but... I forgot to put my square ID in in the info and I don't know if I need to remake them x.X I'm going to be at work so x.X Can't actually answer them if they ask..
