We are now paying customers, so when can the service be used?

I only hope that when they increase the number of servers to compensate for the mass population is that they also increase the number of Legacy Servers, or do away with them all together and allow Legacy players on any server.

The problem isn't an over population of Legacy players, but it's the number of new players they bring with them to their respective servers who wish to play with them.

I can understand the desire to create fresh servers where new players aren't affected by high level characters, but this fresh effect only lasts for so long before there are high level characters anyways.

Do away with the Legacy servers, and allow us to move our characters to a less populated server. Also give everyone else on these servers a free transfer as well so we can all enjoy the game together.

Man, you are angry, we get it and up to a point you are right. The only thing we say (some of us) is that all launches of mmo's have hiccups... Saying that does not mean approving it, but accepting it as a fact. If you think that SE want to lose money from a title launch so much awaited then I fold...

You bet your arse I am angry. This is not launch "hiccups", this is flat out choking. I have never had an MMO ever where I was denied being able to play for days. Yes I have experienced frustrating "hiccups", but never outright denial of service for days. Level 4 in 3 days, that is how long I was able to play this game....I am level 4. I could not even log in this morning before work for 20 minutes because of maintenance lol. The only time of day I have a chance....denied again. It is a joke at this point.

Holy hell I have seen it all now lol. If you pay for a service you may not be entitled to dictate the contents of that service.....but you ARE entitled to THE SERVICE itself. Everyone here can demand a refund from their credit card company today for denial odf service and they will get it. You are ALWAYS entitled to receive what you pay for. Where do you people come from? No wonder MMO companies do this, they know they can because there are enough of you out there to allow it.

In fact you do not have the right to do that (though you can because CC company's are largely stupid and will buy any line of crap you feed them.) Read the EULA you tool. You agreed to the fact that there will be service outages. If you could not handle that you should have declined the agreement and asked for a refund then as you would have had the right to it at that time.

Its very frustrating - I know how good this game is, it really is worth the money. I just want to play it!
I did SWTOR, I did GW2, yes there were teething issues, but I could play those games. I cant play this - its never online and when it is I get no connection errors or server is full, for hours and hours on end

Yes you are correct, new MMO's have small hiccups...But this is not a hiccup, this a full blown heart attack and when rigor mortis happens it tends to smell.

Guys servers went up, and 20 - 30 people in the first 15 minutes complain they cant connect = small hiccups.

I am sure in 5-10 minutes you will not be writing in forums cause you will be playing...

You know flat out lying isn't going to help you argument. There as far as I can tell yet to be a time where there was not at least one server you could log into. Just because it was not one you want to play on does not make it denial of service.

You do know threads like this are worthless right? If you bother to read the Terms of Service it says right there that you're not guaranteed service at all times.
