    You do not own or part own anything you are paying for other than a useless game DVD sold to you in a box(if that). You are just paying for the opotunity / chance to play this game as and when SE deem it so.

    If you cant understand that then maybe you should not be playing this type of game at all.....
    Holy hell I have seen it all now lol. If you pay for a service you may not be entitled to dictate the contents of that service.....but you ARE entitled to THE SERVICE itself. Everyone here can demand a refund from their credit card company today for denial odf service and they will get it. You are ALWAYS entitled to receive what you pay for. Where do you people come from? No wonder MMO companies do this, they know they can because there are enough of you out there to allow it.

    In fact you do not have the right to do that (though you can because CC company's are largely stupid and will buy any line of crap you feed them.) Read the EULA you tool. You agreed to the fact that there will be service outages. If you could not handle that you should have declined the agreement and asked for a refund then as you would have had the right to it at that time.

    "service outages" that suggests that there will be times that we can play as well - so far there hasn't been.

    You know flat out lying isn't going to help you argument. There as far as I can tell yet to be a time where there was not at least one server you could log into. Just because it was not one you want to play on does not make it denial of service.

    The right to redress -
    The right to redress provides for consumers to receive a fair settlement of just claims, including compensation for misrepresentation, shoddy goods, or unsatisfactory services.
    For example, a consumer should be able to go to consumer court against mobile phone companies that put hidden charges on the bill that were not previously explained, or activate ringtones without the consumer's permission.


    Please understand this is a base right, and no EULA can overide it. So yes by our rights we can, and should be upset when presented with a product that is Misrepresented as a final release, Delivered as a unusable product, and provided with unsatisfactory communication from the company.

    I however am patient, I have not requested a refund, as yet, however at this point am fully entitled to one if I do request it.
