Okay so not monetizing the video or monetizing through a youtube partnership - I fully understand that, no biggie. It's not about the money for me, it's just a hobby.

However about these two points:

1. You may not split our videos (vocal, music, visual, etc.) and distribute components as separate assets;
2. You may not combine or synchronize the Materials with third party content (e.g., a mash-up), but you may include the Materials alongside third party content (e.g., before or after in the same video) as long as you also have permission from the original copyright owner);

The way I'm reading this, I will not be permitted to add my own battle music (that I have the rights to) to guild raid montages or anything like that - I'll have to stick to 100% original game sounds etc?

Can anyone confirm or clarify this further?
