    Jp servers haven't had as much traffic as the eu/NA servers

    I looked at technical support forum on Japanese forum there are only 4 threads. Wow it looks like they are having a lot better time.

    Actually, they did mention that errors 3102 and 90000 were addressed after Phase 4 fiasco. We all thought they were gone. So I don't think people came back expecting to receive the same issues.
