The game, when working has great potential, is gorgeous and I am having tons of fun with it.

I paid for this game "again" to get into Early access, because I am 1.0, not legacy...
If you were going to have issues like this, you should of extended Beta testing.

You said you fixed 9000 and 3102.
You should of tested better.
You should of tested for 24 full hours, after you implemented the patches.
Like I said before.

6 hours is NOT stress testing, at minimal server peak load times.
I even tried to warn ya.
I have made games and scripted them, I know..

I can understand your frustration. I am excited about getting started on the game too; however, I have to say that I am impressed that there was an issue identified wit the duty finder, and they are already working on it. Also, they put the information on the awesome new web site so that we at least knew what is going on. I like the timely information. Maintenance and bug fixes are a real thing in any game. Even more so in an mmorpg where broken things can quickly affect thousands of players. Unexpected behavior needs to be fixed and fixed early in the game's life cycle. Does it suck? Yes. Will we all live and get over it? Also Yes. Enjoy your time in the real world ;-).

I waited 2 years for this game, tested the whole time I could and posted thorough bug reports..
I did not pay "AGAIN" to get half a game..

You did not pay for EA, its just a bonus. So they have to do a emergency maintenance, so what? It's only 3hours and the only issue so far. It`s a brand new game there will be plenty of more bugs. It`s life.

Early access is the official "unofficial" last phase of testing before the big official street release. For pre-ordering (in my case legacy status), we get in earlier while they prepare for the big release. Frustrating yes but expected.

Every online game on launch has issues.. Diablo 3 I couldn't logon for the first 3 days and my char went poof after an hours play as well. "Deal with it"

Yes it's frustrating, but aside from this, I've been impressed with how smoothly it's gone compared to launches of other MMORPGs!

I paid $5 for this and I can let it side (Yes, I am a v1.0 Non-legacy Owner also.) it's a game breaking issue that needs to be fix as soon as possible. Things like this happen after launch as well as before launch. Have a coke and a smile. be happy they are fixing 6 hours into EA start instead of 6 months after launch.

im still stuck with the error 2 code since last night... even called game stop and they gave me another 2 codes that don't work... and still haven't got a reply email from SE ... by the looks of it ill have to wait till the 27th.... very disappointing :-/
