You need to make sure your social account has the language preference of English(US) before you try to get your code probably.

Here is a similar issue my friend is facing right now. He placed an order for NA and PC download and received the regular email if his order containing the pre-order code, all in good.
When he redeemed his code, he received on the next page a PS3 and a EU region promotional code. He sent couple of emails and he tried to go through the phone line and chat with no luck, altho he received a reply asking him to try again, yet he still getting the same promotional code for the PS3 EU region version.
Now, I told my friend to send an email with the title that Bayohne advised to do.
If anyone are having a similar issue and were able to solve it please let me know.

30+ pages of people not able to get pre-order codes to work and no response from square
I did make sure to check social site, it was already set to English (US) ... made sure to check every thing I did said NA / English (US) still end up with the same EU code i started recieving on the 21st. I had talked with PSN to comfirm it is indeed an EU code. Just need SE to change it for NA but every time I tried live chat like most of the others I was disconnected once I was at #1 in the cue. Lets face it SE dropped the ball on this one for some of us but the majority must be getting in thats why they don't care about correcting it for everyone, least that's my guess on it but I'll keep tryin to get in anyway lol.
I used my codes and got into beta 4. However now they are saying I need to register my codes when I try to log in. When I apply codes it tells me they are already used. I contacted support and they sent me the same codes as before and the same error comes up. I can't seem to contact anyone at support and am unsure what to do now.

My gf just purchased the Digital Download PC version from SE's site... We still have yet to get an email with the Pre-Order code nor the early access code. When I ordered mine on the 23rd, the code was as the bottom of my screen on the next page after submitting my order.. Her's just says Processing serial number or unlock code... what the heck?
