This is the fruit of that generic labor. A generic game. We don't want your generic piece of garbage MMO that's labelled as fresh and new. It tricks players like you into buying it, then you cry.

How about you listen the next time and put Red Mage and Thief up on the series pillars they deserve to be on instead of making the same launch mistake again by releasing a new wave of idiotically generic "classes."

We do. Not. Care.

If you need to throw out 20 years of FF lore and fake like you're innovating the series with stupid fodder like Enforcer...well...then it's no surprise we're in the mess we're in really.

Lol and look at all the people who want Square to make the same mistake again. Sad, really. To have experienced complete failure once, and petition for it to happen again by making the same poor choices.

Go ahead. Release Enforcer. See if any of us give a damn about the generic product that got more generic.
It's just a name.

The classes are meant to represent a category of magic/combat and you are supposed to devise a role from that. Just because you're in love with Final Fantasy and want to marry it doesn't mean the Armory System is flawed.

I think when SE adds the job/specialisation system to the existing armory system, people like yourself might stop complaining.
