Go to the pre-order code entry site. After you log in it'll take you to the code entry page. Instead of entering the code, click your account name on the upper right of the page and select "My Profile". Check the language of your account and change it to fit your code. English (UK) and English (NA). Save it, then try entering it again..

I've done that, no change. Still same EU code.
