kimi that is not always the case. I met some nice ppl with cross server stuff in WoW. what SE can do wuth cross server grouping is add cross server ingore lists and friend lists similar to WoW. I was on a different server then my ex, and was still able to chat with him using the realid system.
And I also met tons of rude ppl in ffxi. So ppl caring about their rep is not really true. I met psychos and stalkers in any game cross server or not.
You guys keep telling me not to base my opinion on other games, yet you guys are doing so. All SE wants to do is make grouping as fast as possible. So one wants to wait 6 or more hours trying to find groups due to playing at odd times. No one wants to waut days inorder to get help for a quests or boss fight.
Let them add it and wait to see if it is bad. And no one is forcing you to use it. Why punish those who want it or even need it?
Server communities are not effected by cross server activities, the only thing it effects os how ppl tolerate certain things.
actually ppl seem to do the same to me. And yes I can if the opinion is a myth since they are just spreading a myth. You choose to take offence to what I say. Even if it really isn't offensive. I don't really attack anyone actually. They get on my case first. And also I hate why people talk about myths as facts. It gets annoying.I hate pointing it out but it's getting old hearing her insult every single person she disagrees with.
"Not to be mean but... *goes on to be mean.*" It's practically her catch-phrase.
Really, learn some manners. Learn some respect. Just because people don't all share the same opinion as you doesn't make them rude. -_-; No one's personally attacking you or other people with their opinions and there's no need for you tell tell them that they're wrong or go attacking people. You have no right to tell people whether their opinions are valid or not.. You get treated the way you treat others. Think about that for a bit.
Wouldn't it also mean you will be dealing with the jerks from every other server too?kimi that is not always the case. I do not want cross server grouping.
Don't even think about that SE!
You have great ideas, so don't copypasta WoW ideas.
If servers getting low populated, just merge them and thats fine.
Da brat' mir doch einer ein Chocobo!
Kilta has pulled this on me more than once in multiple threads. I don't want to be mean but...I hate pointing it out but it's getting old hearing her insult every single person she disagrees with.

WOW has it and it is far from a failure.... wow is..15M strong? guess not too many people quit because of it nor is it a bad feature since blizzard decided to keep it.
4) It has been tried, and has failed:
In other games, this feature is VERY unpopular, and has often made players leave said MMO's. I will not give the names, but i am pretty sure we each have our own examples of this. So, if it has failed and is unpopular in other games (often for reason above) why is it going to be implimented here?
Kimiko x
I'm still pretty torn on this one, I can see the points on both sides. I never saw it firsthand in WoW since I left a little while before the feature was implemented. Although I did begin to hear horror stories about it shortly after it came out from previous guild members, but I never saw it destroy the server community firsthand (mind you I don't think much of WoW's community these days anyway).
I'm all for an auto-grouping within the servers, but slightly leaning toward a no on cross server auto grouping despite its benefits.
People need to learn to ignore Kilta. She doesn't even play this game and needs to stop posting.
