    I sent in a ticket last week and still nothing.
    I got into chat and they told me they would fix it.. Still nothing.
    I am starting to get pissed off.
    If I get skipped for the next test, I am going to be more then pissed off.
    SE needs to pull their head out their A at this point and fix it.

    Hey Solace and everyone else,

    I just got out of the chat support and had to await about an hour long. However, I was able to get a code directly from online chat support using the link provided by Solace.

    The representative said they have been having issues with Hotmail account holders. As a result, this is essentially why me and many others here who are using Hotmail have not received any codes to this date. Having said that, I would advise all of you to contact them directly either through their live chat support or by phoning them to solve this rather than waiting for your support tickets to be resolved. The representative who helped me was helpful and awesome.

    After this fiasco, I might just change my primary email to my gmail account to be on the safe side in the future.

    I hope this information helps any 1.0 players still struggling to acquire a code from SE

    I know exactly what to do to get my beta.. SE.
    I am so disappointed right now..
    You have totally failed and my faith in you is at 0%.

    And holy crap, the mods deleted my thread I just posted..
    I tell people how it really is and SE deleted my thread for it.. Classy SE..
    First you screw me out of beta access, then you delete my topic, so no one knows how fully you have failed..

    I am as veteran as it gets in FFXIV.. This makes no sense.. How can they not look at my SE ID and fix it? It's painfully apparent that I paid to play the game and was there since 1.0..
    How can they not be able to see that?

    Believe me, I know how you're feeling. I've been on the short end of the stick on at least two occasions as far as beta and alpha in ARR. But blowing your top isn't going to help anyone, least of all you. And if your posts get too irate, you could wind up getting a time-out from the forums. Just relax. Give them some time to figure out what the kupo is wrong and correct it.

    Yea.. You hit the nail on the head.. But good news. Phone support helped me. Updated my last post.
