Also....I don't use hotmail....I use my ISP email so that rules that out for me anyway.

Yup, apparently we get to use out 1.0 characters this weekend. However, it may not happen for every 1.0 player since a lot of us are still at a loss in this thread regarding not receiving a Beta code. We got one more day, yet nothing has been resolved for a lot of us. They're still keeping some of us 1.0 players in the dark with a lack of communicaton updates and unresponsive email support.
I actually ended up cancelling my Square Enix PS3 CE preorder and preordering it from Gamestop instead the other night since I don't want to risk not receiving my preorder bonus items and early access codes from SE's poor CRM system. I'd advise others to do the same just to be on the safe side.

Still nothing here, 2 tickets since last Wednesday.


I've been using hotmail since I created my SE ID, I've recieved all correspondence so far (even my Alpha and Beta Phase 2 extra key that I never used).
If it is hotmail, perhaps its just this time? I can't say for certain; I am checking everyday to see if I get a PS3 beta code, but I dunno if I just haven't been chosen or if the email was filtered (yes I check spam folders and all that)

Been away for a while with work, and was really hoping to come back and find an invite email for phase 3 but nothing so far. Also a version 1.0 player with hotmail, however i still have the email confirming my application to the beta testing from months ago..., plus a couple of general info emails, so hotmail has worked just fine in the past....ah well I'm sure itll get figured out =D
I sent in a ticket last week and still nothing.
I got into chat and they told me they would fix it.. Still nothing.
I am starting to get pissed off.
If I get skipped for the next test, I am going to be more then pissed off.
SE needs to pull their head out their A at this point and fix it.

I just got out of the chat support and had to await about an hour long. However, I was able to get a code directly from online chat support using the link provided by Solace.
The representative said they have been having issues with Hotmail account holders. As a result, this is essentially why me and many others here who are using Hotmail have not received any codes to this date. Having said that, I would advise all of you to contact them directly either through their live chat support or by phoning them to solve this rather than waiting for your support tickets to be resolved. The representative who helped me was helpful and awesome.
After this fiasco, I might just change my primary email to my gmail account to be on the safe side in the future.
I hope this information helps any 1.0 players still struggling to acquire a code from SE![]()
