My preivous beta code that i entered works for NA PC phase 3 (playing since p1)
My Leg account works for NA PC P3
New codes entered work for NA PC P3

People just unlucky or doing it wrong?

Who knows.
But I think since I am capable of being a licensed roadway inspector, in charge of millions of dollars worth of construction.
and that I am actually "competent person" certified..lol..
That I am competent enough to work an email. XD..
It's clearly a system problem for quite a lot of us.

@ Solace, how do you access online chat support by the way? I tried that link you posted a few pages back, but all I see is my unresolved ticket from last week still awaiting a response.

You have to go through a few prompts. It might seem like you are sending an email at first. You will be asked down the road what contact method.. Choose chat.

If you are going to chat.. might be a good idea to write what you have to say in a text file first. So you can copy and paste it. help speed the process up when you actually get into the chat.
All pertinent info. SE ID, Email, Character name and world, etc.

Now 3rd in que.
Wait time was extended twice as long as it said it would be.
IE: 40 mins, not 20.

That sucks. Have you tried different emails on different IPs and networks when applying for the BETA keys?
