Like others said, many of us have checked our spam inboxes since Phase 1 with the hope that we would be selected for Beta this time around. We haven't received anything.
I just find it hilarious how all people had to do was watch the FFXIV ARR ps3 trailer from the psn store to be get a code so easily if they wanted to try the Beta on their ps3. They didn't even have to buy FFXIII in this case either. Whereas 1.0 players and people who actually bought FFXIII didn't get anything. Instead, now we have to contact a poor unresponsive Customer Support Centre at SE to give us the beta codes that were originally promised to 1.0 PC Players. That June 14, 2013 date to welcome all 1.0 players back was definitely a lie. SE should have just said that date was primarily made for new PS3 players who watched the trailer from the psn store and previous Beta testers only.
Thats what makes me really mad, i got the darn welcome back bull shit but no PS3 Beta code and most of my friends got the code by watching the trailer, that i can't even if i watch it. And i'm still waiting from the support e mail.
I got my key yesterday, but when I try to log inn to the beta forums i get:
認証時の環境との同一性が確認できませんでした。恐れ入りますが再度ログインからお試しください。(We couldn't verify the identity of the authentication's environment. We're sorry but please try to log in again.) all the time.. Only jap though, even on Eu and Na forum site.
Dont know if beta is closed now and reopened another time.
Either way I really feel for u who still havent received a key.
Hope u receive your code soon!!!
The e-rage is strong in this thread... still.

I had submitted a ticket early Saturday but today I went through chat support and was helped within half an hour. I was told that a beta key would be sent and check e-mail each day. I'll report back when/if I receive the key.
Ok, well I'm in chat que.
20 minute wait time and 18 in que.
Let ya know how it turns out.

Greetings,
There seem to be a few different discussions in the thread on what users are missing.
I see some player's mentioning PS3 codes, however, I wanted to note that version 1.0 users are guaranteed Beta Test codes for the PC version, and not PS3 codes. Users wishing to take part in the Beta Test on PS3, should apply via the website. Also, using the FFXIII code does not guarantee you a code for PS3, but increases your odds of being selected.
I've also seen a few posts where users are stating that they were in earlier phases of the Beta but unable to take part in phase 3. That shouldn't be the case, and if it's happening, please let me know additional details so we can further investigate (unable to log into the forum? the launcher?).
If you can please list your status (version 1.0 player, alpha/beta tester), region (NA, EU) and what code you're waiting to receive, that would help us to further narrow down any issues and get a better picture of what's occurring.
Thank you once again for all your patience during this process.

I myself am a 1.0 player. NA, on PC.
I paid to play for the last couple months but not legacy status.
Been playing since early release.
Using hotmail to receive messages from SE.
I received a message that seemed like an invite to phase 2 beta a while ago.
I opened it but it had no codes and only a link to SE, that I clicked and logged in at but it told me my account was cancelled. That is all.
I mention the "no codes inside" thing, because I heard someone else say the same thing.
Likely not a coincidence.
Chat assistance in T-minus 8 minutes and counting.
