There are still questions that need to be answered before your chart can be considered usable or complete.

Considering that this chart was built using all of the information given thus far, in a format easier to follow than others have been, for the purpose of using it as a visual aid to ask questions about these holes, I do believe you've discovered the reason I made the chart. And this thread.

Perhaps when Fernehalwes is done with the mountain of work he's buried under (and hopefully gets some time with the new family voidsent), he'll pop in and clear those up and my updated chart will be considered worth something.
