I did it the correct way. On the page where it asks for the code, the message comes up in red letters.

There are some people who lick walls, windows, eat paint chips and push the big red button when you tell 'em not to D: Nothing surprises me anymore!! But I really hope that a resolution can be found for your problem, that really sucks dude ;;
