DEVS! Am I the only one with this issue?

Devs / Community team! I'm hoping you see this! I don't know who else to ask since Square Enix support doesn't know how to help me...


Not trying to threaten NDA rules here...but my code didn't work. Well I guess it's not the code that's wrong... It just says "Services related to Final Fantasy XIV cannot be registered to this Square Enix account."

Also, trying to access a "certain" forum will leave me with a message that says "Cannot log on because that service account has been canceled."

I've been back and fourth with the support center since the 18th of February (or whenever the Monday BEFORE the first day of beta was).

After multiple tries, and having them tell me they don't know what's wrong...I called one last time. They escalated the issue, and I haven't heard from anyone. This was last week at some point. I just decided to call on yesterday, Monday, to check on the progress. They're "still working on figuring out the problem because it's a unique and unknown issue." and they assured me that I will be in beta. ........yeah open beta it seems.....

Did anyone else have this issue? Was it resolved? How was it resolved so I can call them back and suggest something? Because it's like a tease to receive an invite and not be able to participate...lol...


And if community team sees this...please help me out here!

I did it the correct way. On the page where it asks for the certain thing, a message comes up in red letters.

The square account management page doesn't even let you register codes or anything anyway! I don't know how people would do that D:

There are some people who lick walls, windows, eat paint chips and push the big red button when you tell 'em not to D: Nothing surprises me anymore!! But I really hope that a resolution can be found for your problem, that really sucks dude ;;
