As for Louisoix, it sure looks like french.
Now my knowledge of french is very limited, but I can try to guess to guess the correct spelling by cutting it in two parts: Louis-oix

Louis is a common french name (the french version of Luigi, of Nintendo fame), and it's spelt, hmmm.. Luì(s) [accent indicating stress].

As for -oix, I'm not 100% sure but it SHOULD sound like another name I know (the painter Delacroix), and sounds more or less like a -wà

Put the two things together, and we have something that sounds more or less like Luiwà (in french, the stress seems to be always on the last syllabe) or Luiswà if we hint at the s (almost mute).
This pretty much fits with the japanese spelling ルイゾワ ruizowa
