They did those polls already and both times the casuals pretty much steam rolled the outcome.

Almost ever big named MMO has a forum these days and it would be archaic for FF14 not to have one, yes this forum is full of crappy posts but so are all the other MMO forums out there, you just gota learn to deal with it or ignore it.

There was no poll saying "Do you want everything to be easy? Yes or No."
